I hold a Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis on the intellectual, social, and emotional needs of gifted and talented children. I am a credentialed teacher and educational consultant with experience in evaluation, assessment, intervention, professional development, and mentoring. I provide families of gifted children with private consultation designed to help parents/caregivers meet each child’s individual intellectual, social, and emotional needs. I am also mother to a twice exceptional profoundly gifted son and gifted daughter. My professional and personal experience have given me a true understanding of the needs of gifted children. I will guide my clientele in finding the academic program and educational setting that best meet their child's unique needs. I will provide interpretation of individual educational assessments, curriculum and enrichment recommendations, and individual rights and accommodations. I am available as an advocate and mediator for my clients. I will help you navigate academic policies and procedures and find appropriate educational solutions for your child.

For more information please see my blog, Life Among The Gifted.

My business is located in the San Francisco/East Bay Area of California. I can be reached at consult4kids@yahoo.com or 510-815-0341.

As your consultant and advocate, I will focus on finding ways to further build your child's strengths, while identifying and addressing areas of difficulty. You will have my full attention and expertise until we discover the root of the problem and find a solution to your child's educational roadblocks.
